HSE request that by the first week of January:
- LAs confirm proposed workstreams they are likely to deliver in 2010-11
- LAs express an interest if they are prepared to volunteer for pilot work or other HSE support-limited work
- LAs confirm how they plan to report back on work delivered, especially outcomes and achievements

- LAs and FOD should plan to deliver relevant national priorities and then prioritise other relevant workstreams within available resources.
- In all cases further and more detailed information/work instructions should follow three months before work is due to be delivered.
