HSE has published its Sound Advice guidance on the application of the Noise At Work Regulations 2005 to the music and entertainment sectors. LACORS advice to local authorities on these regulations has been updated as a result.

Sound Advice is not a guide to what the law requires and should not be used as a guide to enforcement. Its purpose is to assist premises in considering what changes they could make and to promote best practice.
