The Environment Agency are consulting users of their pollution prevention guidance notes about a revised version the PPG currently known as ‘Dealing with spillages on highways PPG 22.' 

They are planning to widen the scope of the PPG.  It’s new title will be ‘Incident response – dealing with spills: PPG 22’.
